As Executive Director at Tulipán, Monika leads all operations for the foundation. With extensive business management experience and an enduring dedication to volunteer work, she brings a wealth of expertise to her position. She views this role as the greatest honor of her life, driven by a deeply personal mission in memory of her closest friend, Réka Darida, who inspires Monika in every decision that she makes.

As Program Director, Ildikó oversees Tulipán's programming and events. Her longstanding passion for Hungarian arts and culture, along with her active involvement in the Hungarian American community, has given her valuable experience in the cultural and nonprofit sectors. Ildikó finds her role deeply fulfilling, as it reflects her commitment to nurturing the cultural connections that have shaped her life.

As Grant Manager, Susan coordinates Tulipán's administrative functions, primarily overseeing the grant allocation process. Alongside her extensive professional experience, Susan has dedicated the last seven years to volunteer work and is a board member of a youth education non-profit organization. For Susan, working to preserve Hungary’s diverse heritage is a privilege that connects her professional life with her roots and allows her to support future generations.

As the consulting Chief Financial Officer, Ann oversees all financial operations at the foundation. With over 20 years of combined professional and volunteer experience in both commercial and nonprofit organizations, she brings extensive knowledge to her role. Ann is honored to work alongside such a talented and passionate team at Tulipán, believing that preserving Hungarian culture enriches our understanding of the world.

As a consulting Executive Administrator, Rebecca leads Tulipán's growth strategy. With a career dedicated to the nonprofit sector, she brings with her deep understanding in support of the arts, education, and mental health. Rebecca finds her work with Tulipán immensely rewarding, as it blends her commitment to community-building with her passion for promoting Hungarian culture.

As the consulting Controller at Tulipán, Neralda oversees all accounting operations. She brings with her extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting services across a variety of nonprofit organizations. Neralda is proud to be part of a mission that celebrates the rich Hungarian culture, finding it incredibly fulfilling to witness the positive impact the foundation has on the community it serves.

As HR Administrator, Yaritza is focused on improving operations and ensuring strategic needs for the foundation are met. Her background in guest experience and business administration enables her to support our mission while fostering clear communication within the team. Having spent the last five years dedicating herself to her community, Yaritza is committed to sharing the beauty of Hungarian culture with all who wish to experience it.

As consulting Creative Director, Robin leads Tulipán's brand strategy. With extensive experience collaborating with nonprofits, startups, and Fortune 500s, she has dedicated her career to creating purposeful brand experiences where design meets intention. Robin derives deep fulfillment from being part of a team with such strong passion, sincerity, and dedication, and witnessing the profound impact of their work on the Hungarian community.

As our lead Photographer, Erika captures magic behind the lens at the Tulipán Foundation. Her work celebrates the human experience by sharing stories of people, their relationships with the world, and each other. While she's not Hungarian herself, Erika is eager to learn the language, and enjoys using her fényképezőgép to document the community in action.
